Watching Laura expertly convince my grouchy granddaughter to eat some applesauce by gently singing a pretty song. It goes something like this:
Oh, do you know the muffin man? *bite*
The muffin man, *bite*
The muffin man? *bite*
Umm, yeah. If I am ever threatening to jump off a bridge, I hope Laura is there to sing me down!

The things we are willing to do to get our kids to eat!!
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter.
I still have those pictures Michaela drew for Ava. I was putting them in an envelope when she informed me that they "were not completely finished, you know!"....OH, the attitude! When her Highness decides they are officially complete, I will send them along.
I love it!
What a sweet song. Laura is wonderful and so are you!! Thanks for sharing.
Avery loves that song! There have been days I have sung it over 20 times, that day I needed to be talked down from the bridge. Laura is such a sweet momma!

Funny.....I bet it was super cute
very cute! Hope you had a lovely Easter... Calebs song was ba ba black sheep, which also, for some odd reason was the only thing that would make him laugh too. Maybe it was the funny faces I made while i was singing?
Beautiful. You both are wonderful for sweet Ava.
Hi Kim, I would love for you to use it on your blog! That means a lot to me! I really, really hope we can change the way people use the "r" word. You are so kind. I'm so glad we can be a part of each other's lives this way. Blogging is great! When your comment showed up I tried to reply to it but then realized I can't do that so this was the only way I knew to reach you. I'm still learning! :)
Sounds like our house!
Hope all is well.
